Step cooking
Cooking dough
- In a deep container we add 100 ml of warm milk, 100 ml of sour cream, 2 egg yolks, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 pinch of salt, 4 g of dried yeast, 1 pinch of vanillin, 40 ml of vegetable oil, and all this is thoroughly mixed using a mixer. If you do not have a mixer, then, in principle, you can do without it.
- Add 1 cup flour to the mixture and mix thoroughly again.
- Then we put the container with all the contents in a warm place (you can in warm water) for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, mix thoroughly again the entire contents of the container and set it again in heat for 40 minutes. After the specified period of time, mix our billet again and pour the remaining 2 cups of flour into it. Mix again (this time directly with your hands) until the dough becomes firm.
- Divide the finished dough into 9 small “buns” and put them on a baking sheet previously covered with parchment paper.
- We put the baking sheet in the oven at a temperature of 50 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes, so that the resulting "buns" rise.
Cooking toppings
Add 200 g of cottage cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 egg whites, a pinch of vanillin to the container and grind everything with a fork.
Direct preparation of buns
- After 15 to 20 minutes, remove the baking sheet from the oven. The dough should rise slightly. Moisten your hands with a small amount of vegetable oil and form in the "cones" small notches for the filling.
- Then fill the resulting notches with cottage cheese.
- Take the protein of one chicken egg, beat lightly and cover it on top of the bun with a silicone brush. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake rolls in it for 15 to 20 minutes before browning.
- After a specified period of time, remove the buns from the oven and, covering the top with a clean damp towel, let stand for another 20 minutes. And then boldly proceed to the tasting. Enjoy your meal.
Decoration methods and serving options
You can also diversify this recipe by adding raisins or dried apricots to the curd. Before serving, rolls can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
