Step cooking
- Pour kefir (250 ml) into a bowl and add sugar (2-3 tablespoons), salt (0.5 teaspoon) and a baking powder (1.5 teaspoon) to it. Mix well.
- Pour in the kefir vegetable refined oil (1 tablespoon) and mix well.
- Sift wheat flour of the highest grade (about 0.5 kg) and sift it into kefir in small portions, each time well kneading with a spoon.
- When the spoon will interfere with the dough heavily, dust the surface of the table with flour and lay out the dough. Knead it for 10-15 minutes. The dough should be soft and elastic.
- Lubricate the bowl with vegetable oil and put the dough in it. Cover the dough with a clean, dry kitchen towel and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Peel the pumpkin (250 grams) from seeds and peel and grate on a fine grater.
- Add sugar to the pumpkin ((2-3 tablespoons and mix.
- Roll the rest of the dough into a thick sausage and divide into 7-8 parts.
- Roll out each part with a rolling pin into a thin circle.
- With the help of a silicone brush, grease the middle of the circle with melted butter and put the prepared pumpkin filling in the center with a thin layer.
- Gather to the middle and pinch the edges of the dough, pressing it slightly with your hand. It’s possible to roll out the crib with a rolling pin.
- Pour the vegetable oil (2 tablespoons) into the preheated pan and lay the cradle with the seams down. Fry it until golden, and then flip it over, cover the pan and fry the cucumber until cooked.
- Put the prepared placinde on a dish covered with paper towels. With the remaining pieces of dough, do the same.
Feed options
Placenta - This is a delicious breakfast or afternoon snack for the whole family. Serve the cooked pincers with pumpkin hot to the table, laying them on a large dish. Milk or yogurt is most suitable for pincers, but tea or compote can be served.
