- Then add 40 ml of vegetable oil, mix. Take refined vegetable oil so that the pies have no extraneous aroma. Sift 3 cups of flour so that it is saturated with oxygen, add 1.5 tsp to the flour. mix yeast. It is very important to use yeast with a fresh production date so that the dough fits well.
- Pour the milk mixture into the flour, mix. Knead the dough first with a spoon, then with your hands. Knead thoroughly with your hands, for about 10 minutes. A well-kneaded dough turns out to be smooth, even, elastic. We send the dough into a bowl, cover with a clean towel, leave in a warm place for an hour.
- After an hour, we knead the dough and knead again a little. While mixing, sprinkle the working surface with a small amount of flour.
- Then divide the dough into 9 parts. We have 9 large sausages, you can form as many pieces as you have sausages. From each part we make a round cake. This can be done with a rolling pin or hands. In the middle of the cake we put a sausage, wrap the dough in half, fasten the edges. Using a knife, make cuts. We cut the sausage completely into 8 parts, and the dough is not completely finished. Repeat this procedure with all the sausages and dough.
