Step cooking
- To get started, prepare a dough dough. Warm lightly 350 ml of water in the kettle. Pour 3 tbsp into a deep bowl. l sugar and add 50 g of fresh yeast. Using a fork or hand, grind the yeast with sugar to a homogeneous liquid consistency. Then pour heated water into a bowl and mix well.
- Using a sieve, sift about 7 tbsp into a bowl. l wheat flour and mix well with all the ingredients. If it works out with lumps, then it's okay. Cover the sponge with a lid or cling film, and leave to go to a warm place for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, the sponge will increase 3-4 times. Add ½ tsp to a bowl. salt, pour a little vanillin, a little less than half a teaspoon. Pour 60 g of vegetable oil into a pair. Then gradually sift into a bowl about 350-400 g of flour and knead the dough with a tablespoon. When the dough has thickened, knead it with your hands. Then shift it to the work surface and knead for about 10 minutes until a smooth, uniform lump. Flour may need more depending on its quality.
- Sprinkle the work surface with flour. Cut the dough in half and form medium sized sausages from the resulting parts. Then cut each of them into about 10 identical pieces and form balls from them, they should turn out to be 20 pcs. You can also share the dough with your hands. To do this, grease your palms with vegetable oil and, starting from one end of the dough, squeeze balls out of it. It is very simple and fast.
- Divide with a knife into 20 equal cubes of 0.5 kg jam selected for your taste. If it is not initially in the form of a cube, then for each pie use 1 tbsp. l with a slide of jam. Then, knead each ball of dough with your hands to a round shape and put a jam jam in the middle of each circle. After that, pinch the edges of the dough well over the jam, so that you blind the pies.
- Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and lay the cobbled pies on it at a distance from each other, as they will still work. Optionally, grease the paper with a little vegetable oil. Preheat the oven to 180 ºС.
- Meanwhile, in a deep bowl, beat one egg and ½ tbsp. l milk or water for greasing pies. Using a silicone brush or a teaspoon, grease the cakes with an egg. Then put the pies in a preheated oven to bake for 30 minutes. Ready-made pies are very fragrant, with a beautiful golden crust. If desired, when the pies have cooled, you can sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
