- Sift through a sieve 350 g of flour into a deep bowl. Add to it one tablespoon of sugar, one teaspoon of dried yeast, half a teaspoon of salt, and mix everything thoroughly.
- We heat 200 ml of water to a temperature of no higher than 45 degrees. It is in warm water that the yeast starts its reaction. We make a hole in the flour and gradually pour water. Knead the dough with a spoon, and when it becomes too thick, knead with your hands. If necessary, add 1-2 tablespoons of flour.
- Add vegetable oil and continue to knead the dough with your hands until it absorbs all the oil. Knead it for 5-8 minutes. After that, the mass will become obedient, soft, elastic, will not stick to the hands.
- We leave the dough in a bowl, cover it with cling film or a kitchen towel, and soak in a warm place for 40 minutes. After that, we grease the working surface with vegetable oil, spread the approached dough. Knead it, form a thick sausage with your hands, divide the dough into about 16 parts.
- We roll up balls from these blanks and make small cakes with our hands. Do not make them too thin or thick so that the dough is not torn during frying and well-fried.
- In the middle of each cake we spread a teaspoon of the filling. We will use apple jam. You can take any jam, jam, jam, fresh fruits or berries, grated with sugar. From such a test, you can make pies with savory filling. You can make pies with different fillings from one serving of dough. After the muffins were laid out in the middle, we connect the opposite edges of the dough, like a dumpling. We bend the tips inward, align the workpiece with our hands, we get uniform, oval pies. After this, we recommend that you leave the workpiece to come up literally for 5 minutes.
- We send the pan to the fire, pour vegetable oil, let it heat. We spread the pies, fry them over medium heat on both sides until a golden crust is formed. After that, put it on a paper towel to get rid of excess fat. Put the prepared pies on a serving dish and serve with tea, coffee, juice, compote or any other desired drink.
Use a container with a lid for storage. In the container, the pies remain soft. You can also warm up the pies before serving. Then they again become soft, fragrant.
