Step cooking
- We heat one glass of milk to a warm state, pour it into a bowl in which we will knead the dough. Here we put half a teaspoon of salt, half a tablespoon of sugar, crumbled into small pieces of 20 grams of fresh yeast. Mix thoroughly until the yeast, sugar and salt are completely dissolved, place the container in a warm place for half an hour.
- In a separate dish, break one chicken egg, beat it with a fork until a slightly noticeable foam, add to the dough to yeast and milk.
- In the microwave, melt the butter for 30 seconds, send it to the resulting mixture, mix until smooth.
- Now in small portions, gradually, add the previously sifted flour into the bowl, stirring with a kitchen spoon, knead the dough for the pies.
- When it is hard to knead the dough with a spoon, put it on the table and knead it with your hands until it becomes smooth, elastic, sticks to your hands.
- We roll the dough into a spherical shape, place in a bowl, cover the bowl with cling film, put in a warm place for 40-50 minutes until the mass increases by two to three times.
- While the dough is suitable, prepare the filling for the pies. We wash one glass of rice with running water, pour two glasses of water in a saucepan, set it on a fire to cook.
- When the rice boils, reduce the fire to a minimum, cook until cooked. Rinse, set aside for cooling.
- We clear one onion of the husk, wash it under the tap, finely chop.
- We put a frying pan on the fire, pour 50-60 ml of vegetable oil, add one tablespoon of butter, heat it and send the chopped onion there. Fry the onion until golden brown, stir constantly.
- When the onion gets a golden color, add 300 grams of any minced meat to the pan, fry for about five minutes, constantly stirring.
- Stir fried minced meat to the side for cooling.
- When the ground meat has cooled, the rice will completely cool, mix these ingredients in a separate bowl until smooth, taste, salt, pepper if necessary, adding one teaspoon of salt and 1-2 pinches of ground black pepper.
- We grease a baking sheet on which we will bake pies, a small amount of butter.
- We get the approached dough, divide into two equal parts. Roll out sausages from each part, divide into approximately 8 equal parts.
- Sprinkle flour on the table, form a circle from each piece using a rolling pin.
- On a rolled cake, put about one tablespoon of minced meat, pinch the edges of the cake.
- We form a pie, put it on the baking sheet with the seam down.
- In a small container, break the egg at room temperature, beat it with a fork, using a kitchen brush, grease the surface of the pies so that they are after baking with a fragrant appetizing crust.
- After that, let the pies stand for a while, 10-15 minutes, so that they fit a little.After that, place the baking tray with pies in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
- When the pies are ready, we take out a baking sheet, put the pies on a flat dish, they look very appetizing, brown, smell. Now you can serve them to the table.
