How to make dough
- Pour flour sifted in advance into a deep bowl (1 cup). Add granulated sugar (1 tablespoon) and table salt (1 teaspoon). Stir the culinary whisk. Add a glass of hot water to the bowl; the water temperature is about 80 ° C. Mix the contents of the bowl well with a whisk until sugar is completely dissolved. Stir with a tablespoon, bring the brewed flour to homogeneity.
- Take a bowl or bowl with a capacity of 1 liter, crumble into it fresh pressed yeast (25 grams). Add a glass of warm water. The water temperature is about 30 ° C. Stir yeast until completely dissolved. When buying yeast, take the freshest product, with it the dough will turn out lush and soft.
- Pour yeast dissolved in water into a bowl with boiled flour. Stir the mixture until smooth.
- Add vegetable oil (40 ml) to the flour composition. Shuffle.
- Add the pre-sifted flour (3 cups) to the bowl in small portions.
- Stir with a spoon first. When the mixture becomes too thick, knead by hand, laying the dough out of a bowl on a flour-dusted work surface. Knead soft plastic dough.
- Lubricate a deep bowl with vegetable oil (20 ml), transfer the dough into it. Cover the bowl with the dough with a kitchen towel, towel or tighten with cling film. Put in a warm place to approach for about 1 hour.
How to cook the filling
- Put minced meat (500 grams) in a blender bowl. There, place butter (50 grams), peeled onion chopped into pieces (1 small thing), a pinch of black pepper, salt with 1 teaspoon of salt.
- Add half a glass of water to the bowl. Stir the contents of the bowl with a tablespoon. Beat the resulting mass until smooth. Transfer the resulting mass to a deep plate.
How to mold and bake pies
- Lubricate the work surface and hands with vegetable oil (20 ml). Place the dough from a bowl on a greased surface. Divide the dough into small balls about 4 cm in diameter.
