- Carrots - 300-400 g

Step cooking
- We take all the carrots and rub on a fine grater.
- We spread the grated carrots in a pan and add water.
- Put 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of lemon zest in a saucepan.
- Mix the contents of the pan thoroughly until smooth. We put the pan on medium heat and bring to a boil.
- After the water in the pan boils, the carrots need to be boiled for about 5 minutes. After the allotted time, pour 2 tablespoons of semolina into the pan.

- Put about a teaspoon of raisins in the middle of the tortillas. If desired, its amount can be increased or decreased.
- Wrap the edges of the tortilla around the filling and crush so that the pie does not fall apart.
