Step cooking
- Kefir is poured into a deep bowl, add 1 teaspoon of soda to it and mix thoroughly.
- Salt to taste and break one raw egg and mix well.
- Pour into a bowl first one glass of flour, then the second, stirring thoroughly. The dough should turn out a little thicker than the pancakes. When the first two glasses of flour are well mixed, add the third, and after mixing another half a glass.
- The dough should be thick enough. Set the dough aside and proceed to the filling.
- Cut the onion into medium pieces, you can take it as much as you want.
- Add chopped onion to the dough and mix well.
- We cut the cooked boiled eggs into small pieces and mix it all carefully so that the eggs and onions are well distributed among the dough.
- We put the pan on the stove to warm up, pour a little vegetable oil.
- We put small pancakes in the pan in the pan and fry on all sides until golden brown.
