- Pour warm water (100 ml) into a convenient deep dish, the temperature of which should be from 35 ° to 39 °. If you take hot water, the yeast bacteria will die.
- Add crushed fresh yeast (25 g), sugar (1 tbsp. L.) And mix well to obtain a homogeneous liquid mass. Add flour (50 g) to the dough and stir the ingredients well again.
- Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and place the bowl in a warm place, for 15-20 minutes, so that the dough is well suited.
Cooking dough
- Pour warm milk (90 ml), salt (1 tsp), chicken eggs (2 pcs.), Flour (150 g), melted butter (60 g) into the prepared dough and mix well.
- Next, add the remaining flour (300 g) in small quantities and knead the dough. When it becomes thick, put the dough on a work surface previously sprinkled with flour, and continue to knead the dough with your hands. The finished base should be soft and elastic. Transfer the dough into a deep bowl, cover with a lid on top and send to a warm place for about 60 minutes.
Preparing the filling
- Peel small onion heads (2 pcs.), Rinse in water, chop finely and add to the minced meat. In this case, the finished baking will be juicy. You can also grind everything in a blender.
- Drive a chicken egg (1 pc.) Into a small bowl, stir it with a fork and add half to the meat. The remaining half will go to grease the pies. Add salt (0.5 tsp), pepper to taste and mix well.
Forming and baking pies
- When the dough is suitable, it must be laid out again on the work surface and again stirred. Flour can be sprinkled, but not much. It is better to grease your hands with vegetable oil (1 tbsp. L.
