- Rub the mass with your hands until smooth until the dough is knotted. Try to do it fast.
- Powder the working surface with flour (from 50 g). Put the dough from a bowl on a sprinkled area. Use your hands to collect the dough in a tight ball. You do not need to knead it, just “knock” the pieces together.
- Put the obtained piece of dough into a bowl sprinkled with flour (from 50 g), cover with a lid, a wide plate, or tighten with cling film. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
How to make pies
- Place the chilled dough on a floured work surface. Divide the lump into 10-12 equal parts, form balls.
- On a dusted surface, roll the balls into cakes with a diameter of 10-12 cm (using a rolling pin). When rolling, powder the rolling pin and workpieces with flour (from 50 g).
- On each preparation, put a tablespoon (with a slide) of meat filling.
- Pinch the edges of the cakes well. Blind all the pies in this way.
- Transfer finished products to a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Lubricate the surface of the patties with a beaten egg (1 pc.) Using a cooking brush.
- Bake in an oven heated to 200 ° C for 20-25 minutes. Serve baked goods warm or chilled.
