- On a wide plate, pour 3 tablespoons of flour for rolling pasties. Take a tablespoon a portion of potato dough and spread in flour. The size of the pies depends on the amount of mass gained. Make a cake from the dough, put a tablespoon of meat in the center, pinch the edges.
