Ingredients
- Flour - 250 g
- Sour cream - 250 g
- Sugar - 250 g
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Soda - 1 tsp
- Vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp. l
- Cocoa - 2 tbsp. l
- Flour - 2 tbsp. l
Step cooking
- To prepare the dough, beat 3 eggs into a deep bowl.
- Add 250 g of sugar to the eggs and beat everything with a mixer until white lush mass.
- To the resulting mass, add 250 g of sour cream and whisk again with a mixer.
- In a separate container 1 tsp. extinguish soda 1 tbsp. l vinegar and add this mass to the beaten until smooth dough.
- In a homogeneous mass, add 250 g of flour. Beat everything with a mixer.
- Pour the resulting dough into 2 containers in equal quantities.
- In one of the parts add 2 tbsp. l cocoa and beat everything with a mixer until smooth.
- In another part of the test add another 2 tbsp. l flour and beat everything with a mixer.
- Cover the bottom of the baking dish with parchment paper and grease it along with the walls of the mold with butter.
- Put the dough in the center of the form, alternating it with each other in this way: 2 tbsp. l white and 2 tbsp. l of chocolate. Pour gently accurately into the center to save the pattern.
- Take 1 toothpick and swipe it from the center to the edges to make a beautiful pattern.
- Put the cake in a cold oven, which will be heated to 170 degrees. Baking time - 40-45 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick.
