- tablespoon and teaspoon,
- pan
- a bowl,
- 200 ml glass
Ingredients
- Juicy, sour apples - 1.5 kg
- Wheat flour - 1 stack.
- Semolina - 1 stack.
- Granulated sugar - 1 stack.
- Baking powder - 2 tsp.
- Salt - a pinch
- Vanilla Sugar - 1 sachet
- Butter - 150 g
Step cooking
- In a bowl, sift premium wheat flour (200 ml glass). Add sugar (a glass of the same volume) and semolina (a glass) to the flour. Pour baking powder (2 teaspoons), salt (a pinch) and vanilla sugar (1 sachet) into the dry ingredients. Mix all dry ingredients well and divide into 4 equal parts.
- Wash, dry and grate the apples (1.5 kg) together with the peel. Divide the grated apples into 3 equal parts.
- Cover the detachable mold with a diameter of 22 cm with parchment paper. Pour the first part of the dry dough to the bottom of the mold and distribute evenly over the mold.
- On the dry mix, evenly distribute one part of the grated apples along with the juice and gently ram them with a spoon.
- Sprinkle a layer of apples evenly with the second part of the dry mixture.
- On a dry mixture, lay out the second layer of apples and also gently ram it with a spoon. Sprinkle the apples evenly with the third part of the dry mix and lay on top of it the last part of the apples, which are poured with the remaining juice. On top of the apples, spread the last, fourth part of the dry dough. In total, you should get 4 layers of dough and 3 layers of apple filling.
- Lay out the surface of the pie with slices of butter (150 grams). For convenience, the oil can be cooled and grated on a coarse grater.
- Bake the cake for 50-60 minutes in a preheated oven to 180 degrees. Readiness of the pie is determined by appearance. Remove the finished cake from the oven and leave it in shape until it cools completely.
- Remove the cooled cake from the mold and serve for tea. Before serving, you can decorate the cake with icing sugar.
