- Wheat flour - 400 g

- Refined vegetable oil - 80 ml
- Baking powder - 1 sachet (10 g)
- Pinch of salt
- Berries of currant (black) - 100 g
Step cooking
- Drive 4 chicken eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and add a glass of granulated sugar.
- Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer or whisk until foamy. When the egg mass whitens and increases in volume, pour 1 stack into a bowl. milk.
- Without stopping to beat the contents of the bowl, pour a bag of baking powder and vanilla sugar on a bag.
- Then pour in 80 ml (about 2/3 of a faceted glass) of refined vegetable oil and mix everything thoroughly again.
- Introduce 400 g of sifted wheat flour into the egg mass, mixing well after adding each portion.
- When the dough becomes thick enough, you will need to use a spatula to knead the mass. Line the bottom of the mold with baking paper (this operation is not necessary for the silicone mold) and pour out the finished dough.
- Rinse 100 g of blackcurrant berries, shake off the water in a sieve and roll in 50 g of powdered sugar.
- Spread the berries evenly over the surface of the dough.
- Bake in a well-heated oven at a temperature of 180 ° C for about 40-45 minutes. Cool the finished pie, sprinkle it with plenty of icing sugar, cut into portioned slices and serve with tea.
