Ingredients
- Plums - 4 pcs.
- Walnuts - 50 g
- Flour - 250 g
- Butter - 130 g
- Eggs - 4 pcs.
- Sugar - 70 g
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Cottage cheese - 250 g
- Cream Cheese - 120 g
- Honey - 3 tbsp. l
- Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp. l
Step cooking
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grind 50 g of walnuts and pour them into a separate bowl.
- Cut 130 g butter into large cubes and add to nuts. Also add 1 egg yolk, 70 g sugar and 250 g flour to the bowl. Knead the dough in the combine.
- While the dough is kneading, take 4 large plums and cut small circles from them, which will later be laid on top of the pie. Peel the remaining plums, cut into small cubes.
- Transfer the finished dough into a pre-greased baking dish. Spread it evenly over the surface and often prick it with a fork.
- Next, cover the dough with a sheet of baking paper and pour a small load on it (for example, beans). This load will not allow the dough to rise.
- Place the dough in a preheated oven.
- While preparing the dough, make a cream. To do this, in one container, knead 250 g of cottage cheese, 120 g of cream cheese, 3 tbsp. l honey, 2 tbsp. l powdered sugar, 2 eggs, 1 yolk. Knead thoroughly until smooth.
- Remove the dough from the oven and remove the paper and beans from it.
- Put the cut plums on the hot crust and pour the cream evenly. Place the previously cut halves of the plums on top.
- Place the finished cake in the preheated oven for another 30 minutes.
