Step cooking
- All the ingredients for the dough should be at room temperature, so a couple of hours before the start of cooking, put butter (115 g) and chicken eggs (2 pcs) from the refrigerator. Put butter in a test bowl, add salt (1 pinch), sugar (150 g) and beat with a mixer at high speed. The result should be a white and fluffy mass.
- Then beat 1 chicken egg and beat well again with a mixer at high speed. After this, introduce another egg and beat the dough mixture again.
- Pour flour (120 g) into another convenient bowl, add dough baking powder (1 tsp) to it and sift to remove possible contaminants from the dry mixture. It is also believed that flour during sifting is saturated with oxygen and the finished baking becomes more magnificent.
- Introduce the prepared flour into the butter and egg mass and knead the dough with a silicone spatula. It should turn out to be homogeneous and smooth, and in consistency resemble a thick cream. The dough should stand for 10 minutes.
- Fresh plums (10 pcs.) Are well washed in water, for convenience, you can remove excess moisture by wiping them with a paper or kitchen towel. Each drain must be cut into two parts and remove the stone. You can use any varieties that you like best, the main thing is that they are juicy and tasty, so that the finished pie has a rich and pleasant taste.
- Lubricate the baking dish with a small amount of butter, put the dough in it and evenly distribute it throughout the bottom of the mold. Now you need to put the plum halves on top, pushing them into the dough a little.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar (1 tbsp), cinnamon (1 tsp) and sprinkle the cake on top with the prepared mixture. If the plums are too sweet, you can sprinkle the formed pie on top with lemon juice.
- Bake dessert in the oven, heated to 180º, for about 50 minutes. The finished cake can be served in a warm form, as well as freeze and microwave before tea drinking. This dish goes well with whipped cream. It is very easy to cook them: you need to whip the cream with a mixer at high speed and decorate the cake before serving or serve them separately.
