Cake making
- Lubricate the baking dish with 50 g butter.
- Sprinkle the bottom of the mold with 20 g of sugar, spreading evenly over the entire surface.
- We spread 600 g of pitted cherries in one layer into the mold.
- Pour cherries with batter.
- We put in the oven and bake 40-45 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees until golden brown.
- Before serving, sprinkle 50 g of powdered sugar.
Cooking options
