Step cooking
- Put the cottage cheese in a deep plate, add 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 chicken egg to it and carefully grind with a spoon, mix. Then add 2 tablespoons of sour cream, mix well again. The mass should be a little fluid. Try the filling to taste, it should completely suit you. If necessary, add the missing ingredients: sugar or sour cream.
- You can use cottage cheese for pie of any fat content. The best will be farm, home, not sour, not overdried. But it all depends on your preference. The main thing when buying is to pay attention that the cottage cheese is fresh, has a pleasant smell. When buying sour cream, be careful too. You can use both storefront and home. You can buy sour cream of any fat content, the main thing is that it is not acidic, has a fresh production time.
- Sprinkle the working surface with flour, put the yeast dough on it, roll it with a thin layer. The thickness may be about 0.5 centimeters. Remember that the yeast dough is still suitable, and the finished product will increase in volume. You can use any dough for this pie. You can buy regular yeast, puff yeast or just puff in the store. - Then we take the curd filling and spread it evenly over the dough layer. Leave the edges free for 1 centimeter.
- Starting from the edge closest to you, we begin to wrap the layer inward with a filling roll. We do this carefully so that the formation does not tear.
- Take a small, round baking dish, grease it with vegetable oil. It is recommended to use a round one, but you can take the one that you have at home.
- We cut the roll with rolls, the thickness of which is about 2 centimeters. Spread them tightly in shape. Leave for 30 minutes, let the dough rise.
- After that we send the cake to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 40 minutes.
- Stir in a glass a tablespoon of sugar and one tablespoon of sour cream. We take out the ready-made curd cake from the oven, pour sour cream with sugar on top.
- Sent back to the oven for 10 minutes. Then remove, let cool. When serving, cut into portions and serve with tea or simply as a separate, independent dish.
