- Blot 130 g of mozzarella cheese with a napkin from excess moisture and cut into medium slices.
Pie assembly
- In the middle of the dough rectangle, about 1/3 of its width, lay out a uniform strip of Philadelphia cheese and dill.
- Spread the salmon slices evenly on this cheese pad.
- Cover the fish fillet with mozzarella slices.
- Cut the lateral edges of the dough to the left and right of the filling with a sharp knife into uniform oblique stripes in the form of a herringbone.
- With both hands, take the left and right strips at the same time, lift them above the filling of the cake and braid alternately with an overlap in the form of a braid.
- It will turn out a beautiful long braid with a filling inside. Leave to stand for 35-45 minutes, so that the dough rises slightly in volume.
