Step cooking
Dough
- Add 100 g sour cream, 2 eggs, 70 g melted butter and 1 tsp to a bowl. salt. Mix until smooth.
- We extinguish a third of a teaspoon of soda 1 tbsp. l vinegar and also add to the resulting mass. Mix again.
- Sift 300-350 g of wheat flour and knead the dough. It should not stick to your hands, so add more flour as necessary.
- We cut the soft dough into 2 parts and wrap each in a plastic wrap so that they do not wind off. Put in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
Filling
- We wash the pangasius fillet (or any other fish), remove possible bones and cut into small cubes. Sprinkle fish with salt and a mixture of peppers, and mix lightly with your hands.
- We wash the rice until the water is clean (about 10 times) and cook in a saucepan until cooked for 15-20 minutes.
- Cut the onions into quarters and fry in a pan with the addition of oil until golden brown. Mix rice and onion, salt and pepper as needed. For greater satiety, you can additionally add chopped eggs, and for flavor - shredded greens and onion feathers.
Bake a pie
- Cover the baking sheet with greaseproof paper greased with butter.
- Each of the pieces of dough is rolled up to 5 mm in thickness.
- On one of them we spread the rice with onions, leaving the edges measuring 5-8 mm, and put the fish in the second layer.
- Cover the filling with a second sheet of dough and pinch the edges.
- To prevent the cake from bloating in the oven, pierce it with a fork in different places.
- For a delicious golden crust, grease the cake with a mixture of egg yolk and 1 tbsp. l water.
- We will bake the cake in a preheated oven to 200 ° C for 40-45 minutes.
- After cooking, let the cake cool. It can be served with fresh herbs, sour cream, mayonnaise and tomato sauces.
