Step cooking
Cooking dough
- Break 2 eggs into a bowl. Shake them with a whisk. Add kefir there.
- Sift 2 cups flour into a separate bowl. Add there 0.5 teaspoon of soda, 0.5 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Mix well with a spatula.
- Adding the flour into the egg-kefir mixture in parts, knead the dough.
- We achieve uniformity of the test so that there are no lumps. You can use a mixer to knead the dough.
- We cover the finished dough with cling film.
Cooking toppings
- To prepare the minced meat, the meat (800-1000 g) is well washed, dried. Cut into very small pieces or pass through a meat grinder.
- One onion is peeled, washed and cut into cubes.
- Pre-washed several feathers of green onions and a small bunch of parsley chop with a knife.
- After pouring the vegetable oil into the pan, put the onion on it and lightly fry it over medium heat.
- Without reducing the heat, spread the minced meat and, stirring constantly, fry it until the color changes. If the minced meat gives juice, then continue to fry until the moisture evaporates.
- Now add a little salt, pepper and spread the green onion with parsley. The filling is ready.
Pie assembly
- We turn on the oven and heat it to 180 degrees C. We prepare the baking dish, covering it with bottom and sides with baking paper.
- Remove the film from the dough, add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and mix.
- Pour about 2/3 of the dough into the bottom of the mold and level it with a spoon.
- Gently spread the filling on top, evenly distributing it on the surface. Leave at the edges of about 1 cm.
- With the remaining dough, close the filling, starting from the edges. Very carefully level the top of the pie with a spatula.
- The cake thus formed is sent to the oven for about 30-40 minutes, until it is browned. Readiness check wooden skewer.
- Immediately after we removed the cake from the oven, grease its surface with butter.
- Using the edges of the baking paper, take it out on the board and let it cool before cutting. Serve this cake better in the form of heat.
The cooking options for this cake can be varied with the filling. For example, replace half the meat with cabbage. Wash the cabbage, finely chop. Fry meat with onions (do not evaporate the released liquid). Add cabbage and fry for about 10 minutes. Then salt and pepper the minced meat, cover the pan with a lid and simmer over low heat for about another 20 minutes.
