Step cooking
- To prepare the minced meat, you need to take pork and beef meat in equal proportions, cut into small pieces, and then pass through a meat grinder.
- We take onion (3 pcs.), Peel it, cut it into small cubes on a clean cutting board.
- Put the onion and minced meat in a deep bowl, put it together, kill the pusher. This is necessary so that the onion gives its juice. Add water (50 g), salt (0.5 tsp), allspice (0.5 tsp), mix thoroughly.
- I wash the potatoes (4 pcs.) Under running water, peel them, cut them into strips, and put them in a deep bowl.
- The finished yeast dough is visually divided into two equal parts. We take out one part from the bowl, put it on a cutting board, roll it out with a rolling pin to the size of a baking sheet. Lubricate the bottom and sides of the pan with a silicone brush with sunflower oil (30 g). You can also use ghee for lubrication. Gently roll out the dough into a baking sheet, stretch it on the surface and on the sides of the baking dish.
- Add salt (0.5 tsp), allspice (0.5 tsp) to the chopped potatoes, mix, spread on the dough, spread over the entire surface.
- On top of the potatoes we spread the minced meat with onions. Distribute throughout the baking dish.
- We lay out the second part of the yeast dough from the bowl on a cutting board, roll it with a rolling pin, carefully transfer it from above to the forcemeat, stretch to the edges of the mold.
- We twist the edges of the lower crust and the upper one so that the dough turns out in the form of a rope.
- Take an egg (1 pc.), Beat it with a whisk until smooth. With a silicone brush, grease the top of the cake with a beaten egg.
- We make several holes on top of the pie. This is necessary so that during the baking, excess steam comes out of the pie.
- Pre-turn on the oven, heat to 190 degrees. Put the cake in the oven, bake for 50 minutes. When the time is up, you need to check the cake for readiness. To do this, take a wooden toothpick, enter it in the middle of the pie so that the toothpick reaches the bottom, pull out and look, the toothpick should be dry.
- We take out the finished cake from the oven, grease the top with melted butter, cover with parchment paper and a towel. We give rest 10 minutes. Then you can eat.
