Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
- Sour cream - 250 g
- Raspberries - 200 g
- Sugar - 200 g
- Butter - 120 g
- Wheat flour - 180 g
- Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Step cooking
- In a deep container, add 150 g of sugar and 100 g of soft butter. Rub it all with a fork.
- Then we drive two chicken eggs into the container for sugar and butter and mix everything thoroughly again.
- Next, add 50 g of sour cream to the container. Mix.
- Add 1 tsp to flour (180 g). baking powder. Mix thoroughly.
- We introduce the flour mixed with baking powder into the egg mixture (in several stages) and knead the dough. The finished dough by consistency should resemble thick sour cream.
- We take a baking dish and grease it well with butter. We shift the dough into a greased form and level it with a spatula.
- On top of the dough, evenly spread 200 g of raspberries (berries are pressed lightly, fixing, but do not press into the dough).
- We put the form in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes. While the cake is in the oven, prepare the filling: in a small bowl we mix 200 g of sour cream and 50 g of sugar. Mix sugar with sour cream thoroughly until sugar grains are completely dissolved.
- After a specified period of time, we take out the cake form from the oven and check the dessert readiness with a wooden skewer.
- We spread the sour cream on top of the hot pie and evenly distribute. First, cool the cake at room temperature, and then - put in the refrigerator until the cream is completely frozen.
- When the cream hardens, we take the mold out of the refrigerator and take the cake out of the mold. Cut it into portions and serve.
Decoration and serving
Additionally, you can decorate such a cake with:
- chocolate chips;
- chopped walnuts;
- almonds;
- fragrant cinnamon sticks;
- fresh mint leaves, etc.
