Step cooking
- Cut the chicken thigh fillet into slices centimeter per centimeter.
- Add butter to a preheated pan. For faster heating of the pan before cooking, turn on the booster, if it is in your stove. Put the chopped fillet in the pan. Chicken fillet should be allowed to fry on one side, since with stirring the temperature drops and the necessary frying does not work. Add a mixture of four peppers to taste.
- After the chicken is browned, onions are added, chopped at random. During frying, liquid will appear, as well as chicken and mushroom juice, which must be completely evaporated.
- Add the mushrooms, chopped coarsely, so that their taste is more concentrated.
- Boil two eggs. While the chicken and mushrooms are fried, use a fork to mash the two boiled eggs to a homogeneous state. Using a knife, crush the garlic tooth and chop it finely, then add it to the egg mixture. Shuffle it.
- Add the chopped greens (red or green basil, cilantro, arugula, celery, dill or parsley) to the minced meat along with the egg mixture. Shuffle.
- Take a sheet of puff pastry, put on flour. Roll it in flour and roll it in length.
- Take the branches of dill and pinch it. Lay out a plucked dill on one part of the dough, then cover this part with the other so that the dill remains inside. Roll further in length.
- Beat the egg and grease the dough for good stickiness. You can smear the edges, but you can smear the whole dough as a whole.
- Then lay the filling along.
- Now close it with the dough, making a “sausage” out of the dough. Put it on parchment, curled into a snail, but thoroughly grease with an egg before baking.
- Add sesame for taste and beauty.
