- Pour about 40-45 g of a portion of warm butter into the flour mixture and knead with a spoon. Pour the rest of the melted butter into the dough and again stir with a spoon.
- Add 3 tbsp. l water and knead the dough with your hands until an elastic mass that does not stick to your hands.
- We give the test the shape of a kolobok, wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
Filling
While the dough is in the fridges, we will prepare the filling:
- We wash the mushrooms, clean and cut into plates. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
- In a frying pan with preheated 2-3 tbsp. l spread the sunflower oil 200 g of sliced mushrooms and fry, stirring occasionally, until all the liquid has evaporated.
- Pour the diced onion to the mushrooms 1 and fry with the mushrooms, stirring with a spatula until the mushrooms turn golden, and the onion becomes transparent.
- We take 2 boiled chicken thighs and 2 boiled chicken drumsticks, remove the skin from them and separate the meat from the bones. We divide the meat into small pieces with our hands and leave it on the board. Grate 180 g of cheese on a medium grater and leave it in a dinner plate.
Pie
Now proceed to the cake itself
- We take the dough out of the refrigerator and begin to spread the dough into a mold, tearing it piece by piece from the kolobok and leveling it with fingers on the surface, creating sides approximately 1.5-2 cm high.
- When the dough is evenly laid out in the form, we spread half the chicken meat on it with an even layer. On a piece of meat we spread a layer of mushrooms fried with onions, trying to evenly distribute them on the surface
. - Put the remaining pieces of chicken on the mushroom layer.
- Put the cake in a preheated to 180-190 ° oven for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, open the oven and see the cake starting to brown on the sides, after which we pour 0.5 stacks on the filling. greasy cream, trying to evenly distribute them on the surface. Cover the entire surface of the pie with a uniform layer of 180 g of grated cheese.
- We return our cake to the oven for another 15 minutes. We take the cake out of the mold, let it cool down a little, after which we cut off a portion piece with a knife, put it on the dinner plate and serve it on the table.
Important!So that the filling does not crumble and fall out of the sliced pieces of the pie, add 2 chicken eggs to the cream, stir until smooth and use this mixture as a fill.
