- Wash the carrots, peel, separate from the total amount of 150 grams. Cook until cooked. Cool, rub on a fine grater. Put in a large bowl (4 liter capacity).
- Add softened butter (50 g) to grated carrots.
- Mix well. Salt.
- Sift flour (250 g), add baking powder for dough (0.5 tsp) to flour, mix. Add flour in small portions to a bowl of grated carrots with butter.
- When kneading, you should get a soft dough (which is why do not sprinkle all the flour at once). Cover the dough with a towel.
Cooking toppings
- Rinse the rice (50 g). Boil the rice until cooked (20-25 minutes) in salted water (400 ml). Fold the rice in a colander, leave to cool.
- Cut the peeled onions (150 g) into thin half rings.
- Grate raw peeled carrots (100 g - the one that was put aside) on a Korean grater with not very long fibers (2-3 cm).
- Heat the oil in a frying pan (60 ml) well. Put chopped onions and carrots in a pan. Fry until tender with constant stirring for 7-10 minutes. Let the mixture cool.
- Cut red fish fillet (250 g) into pieces about 1.5 cm by 2 cm in size.
- Put onions with carrots, rice and pieces of red fish in a deep bowl (with a capacity of 3 l).
- Add cream (100 ml) to a bowl, beat in an egg (1 pc.), Salt and pepper to taste, add a mixture of Italian herbs (amount of your choice). Mix well.
Pie assembly
- Cover the bottom of the detachable shape with parchment paper, grease the sides with vegetable oil (20 ml).
- Put the dough in the middle of the mold. Using your fingers and a clenched fist, distribute the dough all over the bottom of the mold, and form dough sides about 3 cm high.
- Sprinkle the bottom of the dough piece evenly with starch (1 tbsp.).
- Put the filling on the dough, smooth with a spoon.
- Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 40-50 minutes (the exact cooking time depends on your oven). Remove the finished cake from the oven.
- Finely chop the pre-washed green onions. Sprinkle chopped green onions on top of the pie. Wait until the cake has cooled completely, divide in portions.
