Step cooking
Filling
- To prepare the filling, take cabbage (600 g), cut it into small strips with a knife or use a shredder.
- We put a pot of water on the hob, bring to a boil, slightly salted, pour shredded cabbage, cook for about 2 minutes. When the cabbage has fallen in volume, drain it through a colander.
- We take the onion, peel it from the peel, cut the onion into small cubes on a clean cutting board.
- We put a frying pan on the hob, pour vegetable oil on it, pour the onion (1 pc.) Diced into cubes, fry until transparent.
- We take minced meat (400 g), add it to the fried onion, mix with a silicone spatula, combine with salt (1/2 tsp), pepper (1/4 tsp), you can also add coriander, dried garlic, mixtures of peppers, provence herbs.
- Fry the minced meat until cooked. Stuffing can be pork, beef, chicken, combined.
- Finely chopped fresh herbs (2 tbsp. L.). In winter, you can use greens in a frozen form.
- We combine boiled cabbage with minced meat, seasonings and herbs, mix thoroughly.
Cooking dough
- To prepare the dough, take a deep bowl, pour kefir 2.5% fat (1 cup.) Into it.
- Add mayonnaise 30% (1 cup.).
- Drive in a fresh chicken egg (3 pcs.). Pour soda (1 tsp).
- Sift wheat flour (8 tbsp. L.).
- All mix thoroughly with a whisk until smooth.
Pie dough
- We take a baking dish, grease the bottom and sides with a silicone brush with sunflower oil (2 tbsp. L.).
- We pour half of the prepared dough, with a silicone spatula we level the surface.
- We spread all the minced meat with cabbage and greens on the dough, so that the minced meat does not touch the sides of the pan, otherwise after cooking the cake will not come out of the pan, stick to the sides and break.
- Top with the remaining dough, level it with a silicone spatula.
- Pre-turn on the oven, heat to 180 degrees. Put the cake in the oven, bake for 35 minutes. When the time is up, you need to check the cake for readiness. To do this, take a wooden toothpick, enter it in the middle of the pie so that the toothpick reaches the bottom, pull out and look, the toothpick should be dry.
Ready cake can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. To warm up, you need to place the cake in a mold of the appropriate size and put in the oven for 10 minutes.
