Step cooking
Cooking dough
- Put softened butter (150 g) at room temperature in the mixer bowl, add 70 g of sugar to it and beat until smooth.
- Drive 2 eggs into the butter-sugar mixture and continue whisking with a mixer until an airy consistency is obtained.
- Add flour (200 g) to the resulting lush mass gradually, kneading the dough with a spatula.
- It should be more liquid than when making shortcrust pastry.
- Using a spatula, put the dough into a mold covered with parchment paper. With a wet hand, distribute the dough evenly over the shape.
- Place the dough in an oven preheated to 180 °, bake until golden brown. Cool the cake a little.
Cooking toppings
- Grind in a mixer bowl with a submersible blender: cottage cheese 5% (150 g), sugar (80 g), eggs (2 pcs.).
- Put the filling with a spatula on the cake and place it in the oven for 10 minutes.
Cooking fill
- In a small saucepan, boil viburnum (100 g) with sugar (100 g) and water (80 g), then rub through a sieve.
- Pour gelatin in very hot viburnum (20 g), stirring with a spoon until gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Pour the filling over the curd filling, evenly distributing.
- Leave the cake to solidify for 2 hours.
Ways to decorate and serve the pie on the table
After the cake has completely solidified, you can start decorating it. With the help of figuratively carved parchment, cookie cutters or pasta, which will serve as a stencil, you can give a very beautiful and unique look to the dessert. You need to install the chosen instrument on the surface of the pie and sprinkle icing sugar or cocoa on top, then carefully remove the stencil. If this is your first time doing this, you can initially practice on parchment paper.
When you achieve the desired result on paper, you can make a drawing on the cake. Thus, you will receive not only a delicious, but also an exquisitely decorated masterpiece! After the cake has been refined with a beautiful pattern, it must be cut into portioned pieces and put on a serving dish.
