Step cooking
- To prepare the dough for the pie, you need to melt the butter, you can use the microwave.
- In a deep bowl, mix the butter, sour cream, a teaspoon of sugar and mix well until smooth.
- Mix 100 g of flour with baking powder, sift through a sieve and pour into a bowl with sour cream and butter. First stir with a spoon, then knead with your hands on a flour dusted surface. The dough should turn out to be very soft and supple, absolutely not stick to your hands. If necessary, add the remaining 10 - 20 g flour.
- Prepare a baking dish and distribute the dough with a ball of the same thickness, forming a low side of 1.5 - 2 cm. Remove the form with the dough for a while in the freezer.
- To prepare the filling for the pie, you need to mix in a deep bowl or bowl sour cream, an incomplete glass of sugar, an egg, vanilla sugar and a tablespoon of flour. Mix all the ingredients well with each other using a whisk or mixer. if you want your cake to be not very sweet, you can reduce the amount of sugar to the desired portion.
- Rinse fresh berries in advance, strain with a colander and spread on a towel to remove excess moisture. If you took frozen berries, then you need to unfreeze them in advance and put them in a colander so that all the juice extracted after defrosting comes off. Optionally, you can choose other berries or fruits. Remove the dough from the freezer and lay on top with an even layer of lingonberry. After the berries are evenly distributed over the surface of the dough, pour over all the sour cream filling.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° and set the baked cake for 30 - 40 minutes. A well-baked pie should be a beautiful golden color. Allow the cake to cool completely, and only then remove from the mold and cut into portioned slices.
- If desired, you can sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar or chocolate chips.
