Cooking dough
- Pour half a glass of flour onto a cutting board. We spread 170 g of margarine or butter on flour.
- Using a knife we make “chopped dough” - cutting margarine or butter in flour, as if driving butter into flour. Cut the margarine into small pieces in flour.
- Chopped margarine in flour, transfer to a deep bowl, pour the remaining flour on top, 3 tbsp. l sour cream and 1 tsp. soda, slaked 2 tsp. vinegar. Knead the dough with a spoon.
- We form the dough in a “lump” and lay on a cling film. Wrap the dough in a film and send it to the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Cooking stuffing
- 500 - 600 g of onions, peel, cut into small cubes and fry in a pan until cooked.
- Send the fried onions to a deep bowl.
- We clear the liver of the films, rinse well under running water and finely chop it with a knife or a meat grinder, turning it into minced meat.
- Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into a hot pan and fry the minced meat on it. Add salt, black pepper to taste.
- Send the fried liver to a deep bowl to the fried onion and mix well.
Preparing the fill
- Drive 3 eggs into a deep bowl and beat them well with a whisk. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
- Add 200 g of sour cream and greens to the eggs to taste. Mix well with a whisk.
Collect the pie
- We take out the dough from the refrigerator. Lightly sprinkle the table with flour. We free the dough from the cling film and put it on the table with flour. Finally knead the dough.
- Using a rolling pin, we roll out the dough into a layer 1 - 1.5 cm thick in size of a baking dish.
- We put the rolled dough in a baking dish. Edges that hang freely from the mold must be removed. The dough should evenly cover the entire inner surface of the baking dish.
- On top of the dough we lay out the filling and on top we evenly pour it over with filling.
- We send the cake blank to the oven preheated to 180 ° C for 40 - 45 minutes. We take out the finished cake from the mold and place it in a wide dish for serving. Cut into portions.
