Milk | 250 ml |
Hard cheese | 150-175 g |
Brynza | 150-175 g |
Vegetable oil | 4 tbsp. l |
Dill | 50 g |
Green onions | 50 g |
Ground paprika | 1 tsp |
Ground black pepper | taste |
Salt | taste |
Step cooking
- Drive 5 eggs into a deep container and mix with a whisk.
- Add 250 ml of milk, salt, ground black pepper and 1 tsp. paprika mix.
- Pour 4 tbsp. l vegetable oil and mix the ingredients again.
- In equal parts, we take ordinary hard cheese of any grade and fat content, as well as feta cheese. We rub the hard cheese on a coarse grater, and either rub the feta cheese or tear it into pieces and knead it with a fork (it depends on its density).
- Add both types of cheese to the egg mass. If the feta cheese is unsalted, add to taste.
- We wash the greens and chop finely. Add it to the mixture.
- Pita bread should be fresh and soft. Tear it into small pieces of 5-7 cm, put them in a common container and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
- Let the dough soak for a couple of minutes, then pour into the baking dish and level it. Bake in a preheated to 180ºC oven for about 20-25 minutes. A delicious crust should form on the cake.

Cooking sauce
- Grate the pickled cucumber or finely chop it.
- In a separate container, mix ½ tsp. apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. l tomato paste and 10 ml of cognac. Add a pinch of ground ginger and add salt to taste. Mix everything until smooth.
- Pour 1 tbsp into the pan. l vegetable oil and fry pickled cucumber, pour it with tomato mixture and keep in a pan for another 5 minutes.
- For 1 tsp. take 4 tsp starch water and stir. Pour into a frying pan and stir constantly until the sauce thickens.
- The sauce is ready, before use, cool it to room temperature.
