Step cooking
- On a fine grater, rub 3 cloves of garlic and transfer it to a 1 liter jar.
- There we send 1 tsp. thyme, 30 ml of table vinegar and 20 ml of sunflower oil.
- We take cucumbers, cut off their ends and send the vegetable to the jar.
- Between cucumbers we put 10 g of fresh dill.
- In a cup, mix 1 tbsp. l salt and 1 tbsp. l Sahara. Pour the mixture with 200 ml of boiling water and mix the ingredients until dissolved.
- Pour the resulting water into a jar of cucumbers.
- The missing amount of liquid is filled with boiling water.
- We cover the jar with a lid and let the cucumbers stand for 2 days. The dish is ready!
