Step cooking
Prepare the fish
- Haddock thoroughly with my cold running tap water. We clean the fish from the scales, then cut off the head, fins, and carefully remove the insides. Re-wash the haddock and lightly wipe it with paper towels, removing excess moisture.
- Cut the haddock into portioned pieces, the thickness of which should not exceed 2 cm.
We assemble the product
- Cover the baking sheet with foil, then grease the foil with 10 ml of olive oil. Each piece of fish on both sides is pepper and salt in accordance with their own taste preferences.
- Processed fish steaks spread on foil. We put the pieces in the same order in which the fish was cut. 500 g broccoli are put in a deep bowl, then salt, pepper to taste and add 10 ml of olive oil. Mix the cabbage well to distribute the oil and spices as evenly as possible.
- We spread broccoli on foil on both sides of the fish.
- We do the same with 500 g of green beans - salt, pepper, add oil and spread around haddock. We peel one onion from the husk, then wash it, then dry and cut into half rings of medium thickness. We send the onion to the baking sheet, put it on top of the cabbage and beans.
- Peel potatoes in the amount of 5-6 pieces, then peel well and dry them with paper towels. Cut the vegetable into strips, the thickness of which should not exceed 1 cm, otherwise the potatoes will not bake.
- Put the chopped potatoes in a deep bowl, then salt, pepper it. There we add 10 g of dried or fresh garlic and 20 g of mayonnaise.
- Evenly distribute the spices and mayonnaise throughout the potatoes, after which we send it to the rest of the vegetables. The final touch - water the fish with 10 ml of olive oil.
Bake product
- We turn on the oven and warm it up to 190-200 ° С. We cover the fish with vegetables with a second piece of foil, properly fixing the edges. The edges of the bonded foil are lifted up so that the juice formed during baking does not leak. On the surface of the top foil we make several small holes using a toothpick or skewer.
- We send the product to the preheated oven, where we bake it for at least half an hour. After 30 minutes, remove the treat from the oven and remove the top foil. If you want to brown fish and vegetables, then removing the top sheet of foil, send the product to the oven for another 10 minutes.
