Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
- Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l
- Sour cream of any fat content - 3 tbsp. l
- Wheat flour - 8 tbsp. l
- Soda (optional) - on the tip of the knife
- Salt - a pinch
- Ketchup (adjika, tomato sauce) - 1 tbsp. l
- Sausage (any to your taste) - 150 g
- Korean carrot - 60 g
- Any hard cheese - 100 g
- Parsley - 3-4 branches
- Vegetable oil (any) - 1 tbsp. l
Step cooking
- Break the eggs into a bowl (2 pieces). Add salt (pinch) to the eggs. sour cream, any fat and mayonnaise (3 tablespoons each).
- Pour wheat flour into a bowl (8 tablespoons without a slide). Mix well with a whisk.
- Add soda (on the tip of the knife) to the dough and mix well. With soda, the dough will be softer, without soda - more dense in structure, so the choice is yours.
- In a cold frying pan, a little greased with any vegetable oil, pour all the kneaded dough and smooth it with a silicone spatula.
- Lubricate raw dough with ketchup, adjika or tomato sauce of your choice. 1 tablespoon is enough. Spread the sauce over the dough using a silicone brush.
- As a filling, lay out the rings of dry smoked sausage (150 grams).
- Put a layer of carrots in Korean (60 grams) on the sausage.
- Cover everything with any hard cheese (100 grams) grated.
- Distribute the chopped parsley greens (3-4 branches) over the cheese.
- Cook pizza on a lower-than-medium-high fire by covering the pan with a lid until the cheese melts. This usually takes up to 10 minutes.
- Transfer the finished pizza from a frying pan to a board or plate, cut it into a triangular portion using a pizza knife and serve. It’s delicious to eat such pizza both hot and cooled.
