Step cooking
- Pour four tablespoons of sour cream and four tablespoons of mayonnaise into a deep bowl. Break there two eggs and add a pinch of salt.
- Measure out nine tablespoons of flour and sift it through a sieve. Add flour to a bowl to other products and knead the dough using a whisk.
- The dough should be homogeneous, not liquid, but not too thick.
- Next, prepare the filling. Pizza is a versatile dish, as for the filling you can use completely different combinations of products, depending on your preferences. The budget and rational option is to use seasonal products, as well as those that are always at hand in the refrigerator. Most often I prepare this option. I cut three pickles and 100 grams of sausage, ham or sausage into strips. I cut the tomatoes in circles. I rub one hundred grams of cheese on a coarse grater. I cut the onion rings. If you have free time, I advise you to fry the onions in a pan until golden brown, adding to it spices that you like. Sometimes I also use vegetables for filling, such as, for example, mushrooms, peppers or zucchini.
- Lubricate the bottom of the bowl with sunflower oil and pour the dough into a slow cooker. Using a spatula or tablespoon, evenly distribute it along the bottom.
- Gently sprinkle a little mayonnaise, ketchup, sauce, or tomato paste on top. I advise you to experiment with pizza sauce, and find your favorite recipe. After all, it is this component that makes the dish juicy and piquant. Most often I cook tomato sauce from fresh tomatoes, ground in a blender with olive oil, fried onions, garlic and spices. If the sauce comes out too thin, languish it in a pan until thickened and add a teaspoon of sugar. This sauce goes well with white types of cheese, such as mozzarella or suluguni, as well as basil.
- Lay out the meat product of your choice with the next layer. Then pickles, tomatoes, onions.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Put the bowl in the slow cooker and turn on the “Baking” mode. Time is usually the default, I have fifty minutes.
- After cooking, remove the bowl from the multicooker and let the pizza cool so that when it is transferred to the dish, it does not fall apart.
- Pizza is ready.
