Step cooking
Preparing the pizza toppings
- Thinly chop salami (120-150 grams) or another sausage that you took to make pizza. You can cut the sausage into circles, semicircles, cubes. The method of slicing depends on your preference.
- Peel the onion (1 piece), cut it into thin half rings.
- Pre-washed tomato (1 piece) cut into 4 parts, divide each part into thin slices. Vegetables can also be cut as you want: mugs, slices or otherwise.
- Cut olives (2 tablespoons) into small pieces. To easily remove the bone, squeeze the olive on top of the plane of the knife, cut in half and take out the bone (after crushing the fruit, it easily leaves the pulp). If you don’t want to bother, take ready-made seedless olives.
- Grate cheese (150 g) on a fine or coarse grater. The degree of grinding depends on which layer of cheese on pizza you like - if thin, then grate the cheese on a fine grater and take a smaller amount (80 grams).
Cooking dough
- Pour wheat flour (300 grams) into a deep bowl with a slide.
- Make a groove in the center of the flour hill, pour drinking water (70 ml) there. Add a pinch of salt.
- Knead the soft dough. If during the mixing process you see that the dough is too dense, add more water (30 ml).
- Wash and dry the microwave dish (the tray plate that comes with the microwave). Lubricate the plate with vegetable oil (10-15 ml), spreading it with your fingers over the entire surface.
- Roll the finished dough into a cake of about the same size as the microwave tray using a rolling pin, a glass.
- Transfer the dough to a pallet, with your hands flatten the dough over the entire surface of the plate. Make a small side along the entire perimeter with your fingers (about 1 cm).
- Put the pizza blank in the microwave, set the power to 1000 watts, set the time for 6 minutes. The pizza blank will dry out during this time and the surface will not be damp.
Pizza making
- Remove the base from the microwave oven, evenly coat with a spoon the whole surface of it with tomato sauce with garlic (40-50 ml), leaving the edges not oiled, about 1-1.5 cm. Instead of tomato sauce with garlic, you can take tomato paste, any another sauce or ketchup. If you like more “juicy” pizza, use the whole sauce, otherwise take only part of the tomato sauce.
- Put sausage straws on the workpiece. Spread the sausage evenly over the entire base, not reaching the edges of the pizza 1-1.5 cm.
- On a layer of sausage, put chopped tomato. Sprinkle the surface of the pizza with half the onion rings.
- Sprinkle pizza with grated cheese. On top of a layer of cheese, put chopped olives in small pieces.
- Cook pizza in the microwave at 1000 watts for 5-7 minutes, the dough should bake completely.Remove the prepared pizza from the microwave, decorate it with green parsley leaves (wash and dry 1 sprig of parsley in advance). Cut ready-made pizza into portions, serve.
Did you know? If you are cooking pizza, taking tomato paste instead of the sauce, sprinkle a layer of tomato paste with a pinch of rosemary or a mixture of Provence herbs. Such pizza will acquire a special aroma and taste. You can sprinkle other layers of pizza with herbs.
