- To prepare the dough, you need to pour 200-220 ml of milk into a deep vessel, the temperature of which should be room temperature. Add 1 egg to milk and mix thoroughly. For whipping, you can use a fork, whisk or mixer.
- 10 g of dry or 30 ml of liquid yeast are added to the resulting mixture. Also pour the remaining dry ingredients - 4 g of salt and 2 tbsp. l Sahara. Stir a little to mix the components.
- Take 450-460 g of flour and sift immediately into a previously prepared mixture. Knead the dough with your hands in a deep bowl. So that it does not stick, it is recommended to water your hands 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil.
- When the dough has become elastic and has absorbed all the liquid, it continues to be kneaded on a flat surface. The finished dough should be soft and stick a little to your hands. This is exactly what you need to make airy pizza.
- Use a deep bowl, which is previously lubricated on all sides with 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil. The finished dough is placed in a container, tightly closing it with cling film to prevent its chapping. Put the dough in a warm place to insist.
- At this time, they are making pizza sauce. To do this, cut one onion in half rings, pour a little vegetable oil into the pan and fry until it becomes transparent.
- 250 ml of tomato juice is added to the onion. It is better to use home, if any. Add 1.5 tbsp. l sugar, half a teaspoon of salt, 1 tsp. dried basil and oregano, as well as a pinch of ground black pepper. All ingredients are mixed with a spatula. The sauce is stewed over low heat until most of the moisture evaporates from the tomato juice.
- To prepare the filling, you can use any ingredients that you like. In this recipe, 400 g of champignon mushrooms are fried, which are pre-cleaned. Do not salt and pepper them during frying.
- Pre-boil 1 chicken in unsalted water. Once ready, take the chicken into small pieces. After that, it is salted and pepper to taste in a separate bowl.
- 150 g sausage for filling is chosen at your discretion and cut into circles, and 400 g of hard cheese is rubbed on a coarse grater.
- When the dough comes up, it is crushed, wetting your hands with a small amount of vegetable oil.
- Take a clean baking sheet, which is greased with 50 g of butter. If this is not, then it is replaced by a vegetable. Be sure to lubricate the edges of the form.
- Spread the dough on a baking dish, leveling hands over the entire area.
- Previously prepared sauce is poured onto the dough, spreading over the entire surface.
- They lay out the filling in turn, starting with mushrooms, then meat and mushrooms. Lubricate the ingredients with 100 g of mayonnaise and lay on top slices of sausage.
