Step cooking
- In a deep bowl, mix 6 g of dried yeast, 250 ml (1 cup) of warm milk, one tablespoon of sugar and a pinch of salt, mix. It is very important that the milk is about 40 degrees, not hot, otherwise the yeast will not be able to come. Leave the mixture for 5 minutes to let the yeast begin to work. After that, sift 2.5 cups flour and add half to the liquid mixture. Mix with a spoon, whisk or mixer until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Then add the remaining half, mix at the beginning with a spoon, and then with your hands. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and knead the dough until the oil is completely absorbed.
- Lubricate the clean bowl in which the dough is placed with vegetable oil and spread a bowl of dough. Cover with a towel and leave the dough to approach for half an hour.
- While the dough is coming up, let's get into the filling. We wash five large mushrooms, cut them into plates. Today we use champignons.
- Cut 150 g of dry sausage into circles. Cooked sausage, we have 400 g of "Doctor", cut into strips. You can use any meat products at your discretion, but pizza will turn out tastier if you put at least two types of sausage or meat in it.
- We wash three tomatoes and cut them into circles. If the tomatoes are very large, two sliced in half rings will suffice. Rub on a coarse grater 150 g of hard cheese.
- Sprinkle the table with flour and put the dough on it. We flatten it a bit and roll it out using a rolling pin. We will use a rectangular shape for baking, so roll out a rectangular shape from the dough.
- We cover parchment paper on a baking sheet, lay out the dough, stretch to fit the shape, if necessary, cut off the excess dough, make sides from all sides.
- Mix 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons of tomato paste - this will be our sauce. Lubricate the whole surface of the future pizza with sauce, then in a random order lay the cooked sausage, put the dry one on top, then tomatoes, bell pepper, mushrooms, sprinkle the entire surface with a thick layer of cheese.
- We send pizza to the oven, preheated 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Then we get it out, let it cool down a bit, cut into portioned slices and serve.
