any hard cheese like parmesan | 100 - 150 g |
Mozzarella | 100 - 150 g |
hard mozzarella | 50 - 70g |
gorgonzola | 100 - 150 g |
ricotta | 100 - 150g |
Step cooking
- To prepare the dough, you need to add salt, sugar and yeast to water at room temperature. Mix well so that the salt and sugar dissolve, and leave for 10 to 12 minutes to let the yeast begin to act.
- With a sieve, sift the flour to remove the lumps, and it is enriched with oxygen. Then the dough will be more magnificent.
- When the yeast turns into an active foam, add vegetable oil and gradually stir in the flour. You can knead the dough by hand, as well as using a mixer or food processor with a special nozzle.
- The dough should be soft enough, hold on to one lump and not stick to your hands. Put the dough in a deep bowl, cover with a damp towel and leave for 40-45 minutes in a warm place so that the dough comes up.
- In the meantime, cheeses can be prepared. Cut mozzarella slices 3 - 5 mm thick or just break it with your hands. Gorgonzola divided into several parts and broken by hands. Grate Parmesan and hard mozzarella on a fine grater in separate containers.
- Remove the finished dough from a bowl, mash it in a circle on a dusted surface with your hands. Next, take a rolling pin and roll out a thin layer, 2-3 mm thick. If you want the pizza base to be a little more magnificent, make a pancake thickness of about 0.5 - 1 cm.
- Put the dough on the parchment decorated with deco.
- Put and ricotta on a pizza base with a spoon.
- Broken gorgonzola randomly spread out in between the ricotta.
- Sprinkle everything with parmesan and lay out the mozzarella plates.
- Sprinkle grated hard mozzarella on top.
- Turn on the oven and set the maximum temperature. Put the pizza in the oven to the middle level or to the top. Bake pizza for 4 - 7 minutes at maximum temperature until golden brown.
- Once you get the pizza out of the oven, sprinkle it with olive oil and sprinkle with dried dried oregano.
