Step cooking
- To start, prepare a yeast dough for pizza. Pour 1 cup of very warm water into a bowl, pour 1 teaspoon of salt and a tablespoon of sugar, 5 g of dry yeast.
- Mix everything well with a whisk and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the ingredients.
- Then sift 3 cups of wheat flour into a bowl and mix well. Knead the dough with your hands, it should become smooth and elastic, and also not stick to your hands. Cover the finished dough with a kitchen towel and place it in a warm place for 40-50 minutes, it will rise about 2-3 times.
- Wash 300 g of champignons, if necessary, peel and cut into slices.
- Pour a little olive oil into the pan, transfer the chopped mushrooms into it, sprinkle with a pinch of dried basil and lightly fry, stirring occasionally so that all the liquid from them evaporates.
- Peel 3 cloves of garlic and chop very finely.
- Cut about 20-30 g of olives into circles.
- Peel half the onion and cut into half rings.
- Cut the tomato into small slices or slices. If you wish, the tomato can be peeled. Pour boiling water over it, so peeling is easier. Approximately 200-250 g of hard cheese, grate coarsely in a bowl.
- Take the dough and roll it with a thickness of no more than 4-5 mm. Put it on a baking sheet or pizza dish, greased with olive oil, if necessary, slightly spread the dough with your hands to cover the baking sheet.
- Mix in a bowl one tablespoon of mayonnaise and ketchup, add a pinch of dried basil and parsley to the sauce. Put cooked sauce on top of dough.
- Spread the fried mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and olives evenly, sprinkle with chopped garlic.
- Sprinkle all over with grated cheese.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ºС and send pizza to it to bake for 20-30 minutes. Cheese should be completely melted. Ready pizza can be cut with a knife and serve hot.
