Flour 250 - 300 g
Salt 0.5 tsp

Soy sauce 2 tbsp. l

Step cooking

  1. Mix between 250 - 300 g of premium wheat flour, 3 g of dry yeast, 100 ml of warm water, 1 tsp. sugar, 0.5 tsp salt, 2 tbsp. l olive oil.
    To prepare the dough, mix flour, yeast, water, salt, olive oil.
  2. Knead until the dough gets a solid consistency (if necessary, add more flour).
    Knead the soft dough.
  3. Leave it for 1 hour in a warm place.
    We put the dough in a warm place so that it rises.

Preparation of sauce and toppings

  1. Mix sea cocktail with 2 tbsp. l soy sauce and 1 tbsp. l olive oil, add salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Carefully grease the resulting preparation with "piquant" olive oil with garlic and spices.
    First, grease the pizza base with garlic oil.
  3. On top of the butter, add the tomato-cream sauce and also thoroughly smear it on the cake with a silicone brush or spoon.
    Next, make a layer of tomato sauce.
  4. Spread the seafood on top evenly, then olives (you can spread the olives whole or cut in half).
    We lay out the sea cocktail, as well as olives, according to the test.
  5. At the end, sprinkle generously with grated cheese.

  6. Then transfer the pizza (directly with parchment) to a baking sheet or mold and place in a preheated oven (to a temperature of 180 - 200 degrees) for 15 - 20 minutes.
