Step cooking
- Pour sifted wheat flour into a deep bowl.
- Add two teaspoons of dried yeast, a teaspoon of sugar and half a teaspoon of salt to it. Mix all the dry ingredients for the dough.
- Pour a glass of water and 50 g of vegetable oil into the center, mix very well.
- We shift the dough into a container lubricated with vegetable oil, cover with a lid or a towel and put in a warm place for an hour.
- In the container for ketchup, add mayonnaise and mustard.
- Greens like dill or basil to taste.
- Ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard can be any, but if you want to reduce the calorie content of the dish, use products marked "easy". Mix the sauce.
- Cut the sausage into strips and cheese into slices. Optionally, you can modify the shape of the meat component - circles or cubes will be no less tasty. Cheese can be grated, then when baked, it will melt faster than in 20 minutes.
- We put parchment paper on the table, on which we will roll out the dough. We do this for our convenience, so that later it would be more convenient to transfer the pizza to a baking sheet. Of all the dough we received for one pizza with a diameter of 28 centimeters, we need only half. You can freeze the second part and use it another time. Roll out the dough with your hands, leaving the sides that will become crust. The rolling pin is not needed, as it is quite soft and supple.
- Grease pizza with sauce without affecting the sides. Spread the layer evenly over the entire surface, leaving no empty spaces.
- Arbitrarily lay out slices of sausage. It is not necessary to place them in a heap, give vent to imagination.
- The next layer in our culinary delight is mozzarella cheese. Put the slices of cheese on top of the sausage.
- Drag the pizza paper onto the back of the pan. We put our dish in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
- We take out our pizza and place it on a round wooden board or a regular dish. The finished dish can be decorated with basil. Cut it into pieces using a special pizza knife or a regular one. Serve warm, preferably 5-10 minutes after preparation.
In our recipe, we used doctor’s sausage, but any other sausage or ham can be used as meat filling. You can also diversify the recipe by adding a small amount of tomatoes, olives, or using your favorite seasonings.
