Step cooking
- First you need to make pizza dough. To do this, in a deep bowl, grind 50 g of pressed yeast and 4 tbsp. l sugar with a tablespoon to a homogeneous liquid consistency.
- Add 60 ml of vegetable oil and a teaspoon of salt to a bowl, mix well.
- Then gradually sift 3-4 cups of flour into a bowl, pour 0.5 l of water into it, mix everything with a spoon in a circular motion.
- Gradually add another glass of flour and knead the dough with your hands to make one solid lump. Cover the dough with a dishcloth and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- While the dough is suitable, prepare all the ingredients for the filling. Boil one or two chicken thighs, depending on size. Let them cool, then cut the pulp with fibers or cut into small pieces. If you want, you can use half a chicken breast instead of thighs.
- Wash and chop approximately 200-250 g of champignons with thin slices. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. On a fine grater, rub about 200-250 g of hard cheese.
- When your pizza dough comes up, divide it into 3 equal parts, as 3 pizzas are obtained from the given number of ingredients for the dough. If you use only one part of the dough, then wrap the rest well with cling film and put in the refrigerator or, for longer storage, in the freezer. Sprinkle the work surface lightly with flour. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough to the shape you want - round or rectangular. The dough should be no more than 1 cm thick.
- Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil or cover it with parchment paper. Put a rolled dough on it.
- Lubricate the surface of the dough evenly for about 3-4 tbsp. l tomato sauce.
- Spread the chopped mushrooms and spread the chicken on top.
- Then put the chopped onion on top of all the ingredients, grease all 2-3 tbsp. l mayonnaise and spread it over the entire surface.
- Sprinkle liberally with grated cheese.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ºС and put the pizza to bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve pizza hot or warm.
If you prefer a variety of cheeses, you can use several types of cheese for filling at the same time - hard, mozzarella or parmesan. For a more juicy taste, chopped tomatoes, canned pineapple, olives and olives can be added to the filling. Also, to give a more pronounced flavor, you can use spices: paprika, dried basil, oregano, etc. Garnish pizza with finely chopped greens.
