Step cooking
- Put on the stove to cook the chicken fillet. Fill 150 grams of meat with water so that the meat is covered, turn on the stove, put the pan with chicken on the fire. When it boils, reduce the heat, let it cook for 15-20 minutes, when boiling, you need to salt the broth to taste. While the fillet is boiled, let's move on to making yeast dough. The volume of the test is designed for two pizzas. Sift 350 grams of flour into a bowl, add 8 grams of dry yeast to it, mix, leave aside.
- In a separate container, mix one tablespoon of sugar and one teaspoon without top of salt. Add 200 ml of warm water, mix the ingredients until sugar and salt are completely dissolved. Then pour there 40 ml of olive oil and mix again with a kitchen spoon. To this composition, gradually pour 350 grams of flour, occasionally mix the mixture in order to obtain the desired consistency of the dough.
- We spread the dough on the table and knead it with our hands until it becomes soft and elastic. Then we return it to the bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel and let it stand for 40-45 minutes in a warm place. It should fit a little.
- While the dough is coming, we proceed to the preparation of pizza sauce. We place 70 grams of tomato paste in a separate container, we begin to gradually add water so that the sauce becomes liquid. Add 2 teaspoons of oregano to the sauce, mix, then add a pinch of salt and hot pepper. Lastly, pour one tablespoon of olive oil. We mix the ingredients of the resulting sauce with a tablespoon, it should acquire a density of fat sour cream. We put it aside, and we ourselves proceed to prepare the toppings for pizza.
- We cut the meat into small cubes, cutting the fillet first with strips along and then across. We bought chopped pineapples for the filling, and we will roll the mozzarella cheese into balls and place on the dough.
- We divide the dough into two equal parts, knead one of them on a table sprinkled with flour, form a circle with our hands, place on a baking sheet sprinkled with flour. We spread half the cooked tomato sauce on the dough, distribute it evenly in a circle from the dough, put cheese on top, but pre-roll the balls from it. We place them throughout the pizza at a distance of 4-5 cm from each other. We do not use the whole cheese, but half, the other part is left for the second pizza.
- Between the cheese balls, we lay out half the slices of chicken, and we place 60 grams of pineapple slices over the remaining unoccupied area of the dough.
- Place the baking tray with pizza in the oven, heated to 220 degrees for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes we take out a baking sheet. Our pizza is reddened, has an appetizing look and smell. From the remaining products, you can bake exactly the same one more pizza.
