Step cooking
Dough
- We heat the water. It should be warm enough, but not hot enough to put up a finger. Pour 1 tbsp. l salt in a bowl and pour 200 ml of water. Stir until the salt is completely dissolved. In another bowl, we chop 20 g of fresh yeast, sprinkle 1 tsp. sugar and grind. Pour 200 ml of water. Mix thoroughly.
- Sift the flour and pour into a deep bowl to knead the dough. We combine salt water, yeast with sugar dissolved in water and olive oil with flour and knead a cool dough.
- Lubricate the walls of the other bowl with a small amount of vegetable oil and transfer the finished dough into it. Its surface is also lubricated with oil residues. Cover with a towel and leave to rise for 1.5-2 hours in a warm place.
Sauce
- First, scald 700 g of tomatoes, after making an incision on them. Then we put them in ice water, leave for several minutes, pull out and remove the peel.
- Cut the core, cut into pieces and spread in a blender bowl.
- There we add 1 tsp. dried oregano, a pinch of dried basil, 4 cloves of garlic, 2 tsp. salt, a pinch of sugar and 3 tsp. olive oil. Grind all the ingredients in a blender. After that, pour into the pan and cook for 15-20 minutes.
BBQ Chicken toppings
- Spread 100 g of barbecue sauce in a deep bowl, add 30 ml of lemon juice, 1 tsp each. chopped dried ginger and garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly.
- We spread the chicken fillet in a deep bowl, pour the resulting mixture. After making sure that the whole surface of the meat is covered with marinade, we put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- After that, put it on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
- When the fillet is ready, pull out, let cool slightly and cut into thin slices. Cut the peeled red onion in half rings.
Pizza
- Knead the dough and divide it into 4 parts.
- Grease a round baking sheet with a diameter of 32 cm with vegetable oil and hands stretch one part of the dough on it.
- Next, apply 2 tbsp to the resulting layer. l tomato sauce and 1 tbsp. l barbecue sauce.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese and spread the pieces of chicken. We spread the half rings of the onion.
- Add 10 olives and generously fill in cheese.
