Step cooking
Dough
- Pour 2 cups of warm water into a deep container, add crushed 42 g of fresh yeast, 2 tbsp. l sugar, 0.5 tsp salt and 100 g of margarine at room temperature, after which everything is thoroughly mixed until smooth.
- Take a sieve and sift into a liquid mass of 400-450 g of flour, and then stir again.
- Sift through a sieve into the dough the remaining 400-450 g of flour and begin to knead the dough.
- As soon as the dough under your hands has become quite dense, put it on the work surface, lightly sprinkled with flour, and knead by hand.
- When the dough becomes soft and elastic, lubricate it with 1 tbsp. l sunflower oil, put in a deep container, cover with a kitchen towel and put in a warm place to rise for about 20-30 minutes.
Pizza topping
- Pour 1.5 cups of water into a liter pan, put on a stove over a big fire and wait for the water to boil.
- When the water in the pan began to boil, carefully immerse 3 tomatoes in boiling water for 1-2 minutes.
- After that we take them out with a fork and hands remove the skin from the fruits.
- We take 300 g of raw smoked sausage, cut it into small cubes and place in a deep bowl.
- Cut peeled tomatoes into half rings and put them in a second bowl.
- Using a coarse grater, rub 300 g of cheese into a dinner plate.
Pizza
- Open our risen dough and crush it. Turn on the oven at about 220 ° C.
- Grease the baking sheet 1 tbsp. l sunflower oil, put 1/3 of the dough on it and stretch it by hand, rounding the cake to a diameter of about a dinner plate, not forgetting to leave the sides. We do the same with the remaining test, and make 2 more cakes. Leave the cakes to rise for 5-10 minutes in a warm place.
- When the dough has risen a little, put 1 tbsp on each cake. l ketchup, after which we smear it with a spoon so as not to touch the sides.
- On a layer of ketchup of each pizza we spread 1 tbsp. l lattice mayonnaise.
- We divide the sausage into three parts and lay each of them on cakes on a layer of ketchup with mayonnaise, trying to evenly fill the surface.
- Then put 1/3 of chopped tomatoes on each on the cakes.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the filling, trying to distribute it evenly between three pizzas.
- Put the pizza in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until the side is browned.
- Remove the finished pizza from the baking sheet with a spatula, place on a plate and leave to cool slightly. Bake 2 more pizzas in the same way.
- Cut into portions, spread on a dinner plate and serve.
