Step cooking
- Before preparing the dough, measure all the necessary products. Sift flour, preferably twice. Then add salt, sugar and mix.
- Heat the milk to a temperature of 35 - 40 °, pour in the yeast and mix. Wait 10 minutes for the yeast to activate. Break the egg into a bowl and chop it well with a fork. Add the egg and 15 ml of vegetable oil to the milk and mix. Add flour in small portions, gradually kneading the dough first with a spoon, then with your hands. Well kneaded dough should not stick to your hands.
- Leave the dough for 20 - 30 minutes in a warm place, so that it fits. Such a portion of dough is enough for two thin pizzas, the diameter of the cake will be about 30 - 35 cm.
- In the meantime, you can make the sauce. Add vegetable oil to a preheated pan, wait until it is a little hot, add the garlic passed through the press.
- As soon as the garlic is slightly browned, pour in the cream, mix well, add the crushed leaves of thyme and rosemary.
- When the sauce begins to thicken, remove from heat and let cool completely.
- For the filling, cut the sausage into circles.
- Grate Parmesan.
- Cut the mushrooms into thin slices, and chop the mozzarella with your hands.
- When the dough is suitable, divide it into two parts for making two thin pizzas.
- Swing the first part of the dough into a circle 5-6 mm thick, cut off the excess and place the sides.
- Spread the sauce evenly on the workpiece, spread the mushrooms and a ring of sausage. Tear the mozzarella with your hands and randomly place the fillings on top, sprinkle with a small amount of parmesan. Send pizza to a preheated oven at maximum temperature for 10 minutes.
- 2 to 3 minutes before ready to take out the pizza and sprinkle with grated parmesan. Then put it back in the oven. During this time, pizza will reach readiness, and the parmesan will melt. At the end of baking, remove the pizza from the oven, if desired, decorate with arugula or other herbs.
