Step cooking
- Pour 125 ml of warm water into a deep bowl (the water must be warm), add two teaspoons of sugar, one pinch of salt and one teaspoon of dried yeast. You need to know well what kind of yeast is to be sure of their action. Here we add one tablespoon of vegetable oil, you can also olive, any that you have. With a large kitchen spoon, mix everything thoroughly to get a homogeneous liquid mixture.
- Sift 200 grams of flour through a sieve and knead the dough. It should turn out soft, gentle, elastic, not stick to the hands. Depending on the quality of the flour, you can add or reduce its volume by mixing the dough.
- We shift the dough into a clean container, cover with a kitchen towel and send it to a warm place for 15-20 minutes, no longer required. While it is resting, prepare the filling.
- Peel a medium-sized onion from the husk, cut into small cubes, pickle in one tablespoon of vinegar, two teaspoons of sugar and one tablespoon of hot water for 10 minutes. In advance, cooked 2 eggs, peel them, cut into cubes.
- Now let's move on to the main ingredients of pizza. 150 grams of cooked sausage and 100 grams of smoked cut into thin strips, set aside for now. We clean the porcini mushrooms, wash them under the tap and also cut into small plates. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater, set aside. We will need 100 grams of it.
- On a clean paper towel, put a round baking sheet with small holes on the surface. If you don’t have one, you can take any baking sheet. Lubricate the surface with a kitchen brush, dipping it in vegetable oil.
- After 20 minutes, the dough came up, take it in our hands and try to give it a circle shape, then put it on a baking sheet and stretch it with two hands around the entire circumference, we get a thin test layer, on which we will spread the filling. With a tablespoon, we first apply 100 grams of ketchup to the formation, distributing it over the entire surface. You can use a home product, or you can buy in a store.
- Place 100 grams of mayonnaise on top, spread evenly with ketchup all over the circle. You can apply more mayonnaise, it depends on your preference.
- Then we distribute the chopped eggs 2-3 pieces, pickled onions, after removing the marinade.
- Generously add cooked and smoked sausage, and chopped mushrooms on top. Add a small amount of ketchup and mayonnaise, as if flavoring the ingredients. Lastly, we distribute the grated hard cheese throughout the pizza.
- Add parsley, send to the oven for half an hour at a temperature of 200 degrees with heating from above and below. Place the baking sheet in the middle of the oven.
