Step cooking
Before proceeding to it, we note that the number of ingredients can be changed according to your desire and taste. For example, add more champignons or substitute porcini mushrooms if you prefer them, or take an equal volume of sausage with ham, and not just dumplings. Do not be afraid of new combinations, pizza loves experiments.
Cook the dough
- Pour 200 g of flour into a bowl, make a funnel in its slide, to which add salt with yeast.
- Pour there a tablespoon of vegetable oil and half a glass of water.
- Knead the dough until it stops sticking to your hands, and send for half an hour in the refrigerator.
Make the filling
- Cut the mushrooms into slices and the onions into half rings.
- Fry the mushrooms in a skillet, a few times a little salting. As soon as they begin to actively allocate juice, add onions to them. Remove from the fire after 10 minutes, when the future filling gets a beautiful golden hue. At the same time, cut the dumpling and mozzarella into pieces of approximately equal size, but you can choose an arbitrary shape. If you want slices - please, if you prefer slices - that's great too.
Collect and stuff
- Armed with a rolling pin and thinly roll the dough rested in the refrigerator.
- Lubricate the resulting base with tomato paste or pre-made ketchines (a mixture of ketchup with mayonnaise) - evenly and without stinging, but so that it does not extend over the edges.
- Spread the sausage and mushrooms with onions, and not on top of each other, but next to each other so that they do not overlook the empty seats.
- From above to the filling, send the slices of cheese, trying to arrange them at regular intervals.
Bake pizza
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
- Send there a prepared base with a filling for 10 minutes.
When melted, the cheese will cover mushrooms with sausage, becoming a viscous and very tasty hat. The dough made without eggs will turn out to be delicate and very thin. It remains only to serve pizza, and already at the table, according to Italian tradition, solemnly cut it with a roller knife.
